Barbara (in reference to the patron saint of builders) suggests a graphical interpretation of gestures related to the building trades (painting, masonry, woodwork…). These gestures are interpreted as a choreography exalting the sensuality and the strength of women’s body, which are also enhanced by the light. The building materials, such as the paint, the concrete or the steel inspired the body painting and the make up, conceived and done in a raw and at the same time refined way.
